The Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral (QCF) is aimed at those who are already qualified at Level 2 Fitness Instructing.
The qualification will allow students to plan and instruct suitable programmes for exercise referral patients.
In order to successfully complete the Focus Awards Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral (QCF), students must achieve a total of 38 credits from 6 mandatory units.

Students need to hold either a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification which gives entry to REPs or a Level 3 Personal Training qualification or equivalent. Some experience of gym-based exercises, including free weights, is highly recommended.
You will complete your studies using our online student learning platform which can be accessed from any device, anywhere, any time. You complete a portfolio which will be uploaded to our assessors for assessment. You will then chose to attend a face-to-face 2 day workshop in either London, Birmingham, Manchester, Norwich or Dubai for our overseas students.
